You are a kiwi, and you own a business. You make money, but you want to make more money. The real money. United States Dollars.

This is my guide on how to start a business in the USA without a visa and no connections.

In this guide, I will cover the following things you will need

  1. Company Registration

You need to launch in Delaware. I’m not going to go into details about why. But let’s just say every company ever started in the USA begins there because there is no TAX and its simple. You can read my how-to guide on starting a Delaware Corporation Here.

You can register the company as a foreign entity and set up either personal ownership or foreign entity ownership.

2. Tax

Tax is f****** confusing in the USA. Unlike NZ and AU, the tax is different in each state you sell too. You will also need to register in some of these states, and some of them…
