Why Every Coffee Shop Needs An App

Starbucks has 1.6 billion in money, just sitting on its customer’s apps.
This is a loan to Starbucks of $1.6 billion that Starbucks pays 0% interest on.

Imagine. You are a small coffee shop and you have 1000 loyal customers.

What if those 100 customers instead of paying you every day in cash and via their credit card can now pay you via your app, and the reason they do this as they can pre-order the coffee in advance + maybe get some rewards.

If the 1000 customers each download the app and put $20 on it, you now have a $20,000 loan. If they put $100 on it, you now have a $100,000 loan that is interest-free.

Then there is breakage

Imagine a 10% stop coming to your cafe or leave town. 10% of that value can attribute to a further profit for your cafe.

App users receive on each purchase which can be saved up for free coffee. This functions as a form of implicit interest that Starbucks pays to its customers that you can do to.

For this reason, all cafes should have an app and offer considerable value to their customers to use the app so that they can get a loan account that includes no interest and supports their customers at the same time.
